- Please hand washing all items considered delicate including lace, wool, silk and dark colors. We recommend using lukewarm or cold water for these types of materials. After gently squeezing, turn the article inside out prior to hanging it up. Avoid full sunlight.
- Please iron with clothes that is slightly humid. Recommended temperature for ironing will depend on the fabric.
- Please DO NOT wash or use bleach on leather articles. Dry Cleaning Only.
Please know that we immediately begin processing your order for shipment once you finalize your purchase. All orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours of you placing the order.
We use DHL, eCommerce, USPS, or ePacket depending on your location and fastest available service.
Typical delivery time frame is between 14 to 21 business days however, you may receive your items much earlier and please note that product demand may affect actually shipping times. All orders are shipped with tracking number so you can track it every step of the way!

To be eligible for a return:
- Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

The Returns Process:

- If your return request is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
