Damages and/or Defect Issues

To be eligible for a return:

The Return Process:

- If your return request is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Can I cancel my order?
You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order before it ships. Once an item has been released for shipping, our refund policy will be in effect.
I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?
If you have miss-spelled or auto-filled in an incorrect address, simply reply to your order confirmation email and confirm. Once you double-check if the address given is wrong kindly notify us via email at email@example.com If the given address is wrong we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. No refund will be given after the 24 hours of incorrect submission.
